Bishop’s Reserve – Shiraz 2018 (Case of 12 bottles) $130.00

A young example of a Rhone style Shiraz. This wine focuses on highlighting the varietal characteristics of what Shiraz can deliver. A medium bodied Shiraz with ripe juicy fruits. This may be the last time we can offer this vintage.

Colour: Deep ruby hues.
Nose: Black pepper, nutmeg, spice, liquorice, cedar, toasty notes.
Palate: Savoury plums, grippy robust tannins, drying mid-palate, sweet charry mocha oak.
Drink: Drinking well now.

Bishop’s Reserve – Chenin Blanc 2023 (Case of 12 bottles) $130.00

Our dry style Chenin Blanc is bursting with tropical aromatics, a full-flavoured and mouth-filling wine with a crunchy acidity to finish – perfect for a sunny afternoon enjoying a glass or two with good friends and some delicious fresh seafood. Chenin Blanc grows very well in the Swan Valley, and we find our aromatic and generous style to be very popular.

Colour: Golden straw with green tints.
Nose: Granny Smith apples, ripe passion fruit, orange blossom, summer floral.
Palate: Rich, generous front palate, passionfruit, candied orange, crisp & zingy finish.
Drink: Chilled, perfect now and age for up to 4 years.

Bishop’s Reserve Sparkling NV (Case of 12 bottles) $160.00

This Sparkling has been made as an easy to drink style to suit most palates. The acid structure of Chenin Blanc lends itself perfectly to sparkling styles. This Sparkling matches most canapés and soft cheeses. The perfect celebration wine, best enjoyed in great company.

Colour: Pale gold hues.
Nose: Passionfruit and orange pastilles, pears, bread dough.
Palate: Refreshing, off-dry, persistent acid, creamy mousse, ripe peach.
Drink: Chilled, perfect now and up to 2 years.

Bishop’s Reserve – NV Fortified Shiraz (1 x 500mL Bottle) $45.00

Non Vintage Ruby Fortified Shiraz

Colour: Rich Ruby.
Nose: Ripe mulberries and cherries.
Palate: Chocolate / Mocha flavours with ripe forest fruits. Evident sweetness but not to the point of a liqueur style.
Drink: This Ruby fortified is drinking wonderfully now and is a style that will evolve with careful cellaring for many years to come. A harmless and slight sediment may be deposited over time, if so, decanting or careful pouring is suggested.

Increases to Australia Post delivery charges mean we are no longer able to offer a flat $30/case delivery in Australia anymore.

We have been able to keep deliveries within WA to $30/case. Delivery costs for locations outside of WA will be determined by the postcode – $40/case for most metro locations and $50/case for most regional locations. Delivery charges will be shown on the order page.
